Benha University participates in the annual forum of the presidents of the universities of the Silk Road Alliance

Benha University participated in the annual Forum of Presidents of the Universities of the Silk Road Alliance as a member of the Executive Office of the Alliance, which is hosted (online) by Xi'an University in China and the University of Applied Sciences in Milan, Italy, during the period from 15-19 November, with the participation of 60 universities around the world who are members of the alliance.

Benha University was represented in this forum by Dr. Gamal Sossa, President of the University, who presented the vision of Benha University and its main role in participating in sustainable development and Egypt's Vision 2030.
Sossa said that  the forum dealt with many important topics, including the mission of universities and their role in achieving sustainable development goals as the most important knowledge and service institutions through scientific research, modern educational programs, the application of sustainability and community service in light of Egypt's vision 2030.
The forum concluded its work by holding a meeting of the Executive Office of the Alliance to consider the membership of its new universities.
