The Vice-President of Wuhan University Prof. Ly Fe received Prof. Yossef AlQadi the President of Benha University and the accompanying delegation. The third agreement was signed between the two universities, which relates to cooperation with the Center for African Studies. The new agreement opens a wide range of horizons for cooperation with the Center in various activities such as progress on joint research projects, training courses and exchange of professors in the field of history and languages. , And invited students of Benha University to attend training courses in Chinese language and culture. It is worth mentioning that Benha University had signed a memorandum of understanding and a student exchange agreement with the University of Wuhan in 2016 and has already been activated during the last period. The friendship document was also signed and relations between the two universities upgraded to the level of partnership in 2017. In a related context, the President of BU visited the complex of medical colleges at Wuhan University and met deans of the Faculty of Public Health, College of Nursing and College of Dentistry also visited the Center for Simulation of intensive care. AlQadi presented the potential of Benha University and the capacity of the university hospital and colleges working in the field of medicine in Benha. Also he explained the intention to establish joint academic programs between the two universities in the field of medicine, public health and dentistry. The Wuhan University School of Dentistry is the second in China's ranking and 38th in the world according to the QS classification. Wuhan University is ranked among the top 250 universities in the world. At the end of the meeting, the director of the Chinese Center for Simulation invited BU President to send intensive care doctors from Benha University to receive the training at the time determined by Benha University. During this tour BU delegation also visited the Center for African Studies and met with the Director of the Center and delivered a lecture to students of the Faculty of Arts and Foreign Languages.
