On the sidelines of the African Forum in Cairo: Prof. Elkady meets Cameroon's Minister of Higher Education

The Minister of Higher Education of the Republic of Cameroon, Dr. Thara Abagola, visited Cairo 12 February 2018 to participate in the 3rd African Forum for Science and Innovation, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the patronage of the President of the Republic and attended by 35 ministers of higher education from Africa, where Prof. ELsayed Elkady met here and explained the interest of Benha University in scientific cooperation with African countries, and said that Benha University has allocated 100 scholarships to African students, believing in the importance of the Egyptian presence in the various continents as Egypt led in the sixties of the last century African liberation movements, and helped the number Of the people of the continent in gaining their independence

Elkady reviewed with the Cameroonian minister aspects of cooperation between Benha University, Cameroonian universities and student exchanges
The University of Benha, which participates in the work of the Forum African Science and Innovation, has introduced the new and distinguished academic programs, which began studying in engineering colleges in Shubra, agriculture, veterinary medicine, trade and rights. These programs have received great acclaim from visitors of the University Pavilion at the exhibition on the sidelines of the Forum, Dr. Mohammed Abu Salem, Director of the University's Visitors Unit, Dr. Ghada Amer, Director of the Center for Innovation and Excellence at the University, Dr. Mostafa El Sayed, Director of the Center for Management Information Systems at the University, Mr. Khalid Mostafa, and Mrs. Ingy Yousif from Administration staff
